Write teaser articles (300 - 500 words) and submit them online to parenting websites. Include a link back to your blog/website (important!). Many websites will be more than happy to feature free articles. You get publicity (and backlinks and this pushes your page ranks up). When people search for you (your name) or book title, they'll find you.
